Refunds

The Pink Piano may, at it's sole discretion, refund for purchased event tickets, and with a minimum of 72 hours notice unless otherwise stated. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

If you are unable to attend a ticketed event and provide notification within 72 hours of the event date, exchanges may be made for event bookings within three months of the originally ticketed event date, unless otherwise stated.

If a reasonable exchange cannot be arranged within that period (e.g., if a ticket was purchased for a music event and no similar event is scheduled during that time), The Pink Piano may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, reasonable compensation, or an extension to the exchange period.

No refunds or exchanges will be approved for event tickets after the event date.

If you know the event you would like to exchange for, you may include this information in your initial request email.

Processing Time

We will notify you within 24 hours of the request results.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thepinkpianocafe.com.

If approved for an exchange:

  • We will inform you of the end date of your exchange request period.
  • We will make reccomendations for coming events/suitable exchanges.
  • Offer priority booking when possible.
